“Assuming that, according to Hume, ‘man’ is reduced to a collection of sensations, a single repeated perception—whether in the life of one man or in the experience of two different men—is sufficient to demonstrate that time is a fallacy, since this repetition will destroy its linear sequence. Life is the gateway to nonexistent time.”
